4. Treatment Information & Results
All treatments described on this Site are performed using Health Canada-approved products and techniques. However, individual results vary. Any photos, descriptions, or outcomes referenced on this Site are illustrative and do not guarantee the same results for every client.
Medical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. These will be discussed in full during your consultation and are outlined in the informed consent documentation you will be asked to sign prior to treatment.
5. Booking & Appointments
Appointments are booked through Jane App, our third-party scheduling platform. By booking an appointment, you also agree to Jane App's terms of service and privacy policy. MVP Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking and enforced at Mia's discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MVP Medical Aesthetics or its content providers and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission from MVP Medical Aesthetics.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
This Site may contain links to third-party websites and services including Jane App (booking), Google Analytics, and Instagram. These links are provided for your convenience only. MVP Medical Aesthetics has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Visiting any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MVP Medical Aesthetics and Mia Piamonte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or its content.
MVP Medical Aesthetics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on this Site.
9. Indemnification

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

MVP Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The MVP Circle
1. Programme Overview
The MVP Circle is MVP Medical Aesthetics' client referral programme. When an existing client (the "referring client") introduces a new client who completes a qualifying paid treatment, both parties receive a reward as outlined below. The programme is designed as a thank-you to loyal clients — not as a commission or financial incentive for the referral of clinical services.
2. How to Participate
Step 1. The new client must provide the referring client's full name when completing their Jane App intake form or at the time of booking.
Step 2. Mia will verify the referral and record it in the referring client's profile.
Step 3. Once the new client completes their first qualifying paid treatment, the referring client's $50 credit is applied to their account and the new client's $25 discount is applied at checkout.
Step 4. The referring client will be notified by phone or email when their credit has been applied.
3. Qualifying Treatments
The following services qualify for the MVP Circle programme when booked and completed as a paid appointment:
- All Neurotoxin Injectable treatments (expression lines, lip flip, masseter jaw slimming, brow lift, hyperhidrosis)
- All Dermal Filler treatments (lip, cheek, jawline, chin, nasolabial, under-eye)
- PRP Treatments (facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, PRP fillers, under-eye)
- Mesotherapy and Skin Boosters
- Lipolysis (fat dissolve injections)
- Sculptra
- Mini Lip Plump
Free consultations do not qualify as completing a treatment. The new client must book and complete a paid treatment with a minimum invoice total of $200 (before applicable taxes) before any reward is issued.
4. Reward Details
- The referring client's $50 credit is applied as a treatment account credit in Jane App and may be used toward any qualifying treatment at MVP Medical Aesthetics.
- The new client's $25 discount is applied directly at checkout on the day of their first qualifying treatment.
- Credits and discounts apply to treatments only. They may not be applied toward skincare products, gift cards, or gratuity.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- Referring client credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance if unused.
5. Terms & Conditions
- Only one referral credit may be applied per appointment booking. Credits cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions unless expressly authorised by Mia Piamonte.
- There is no limit on the number of clients a referring client may refer, subject to Mia's discretion.
- The referred person must be a genuinely new client who has not previously booked or attended an appointment at MVP Medical Aesthetics.
- Referrals between immediate family members residing at the same address are excluded unless approved by Mia in advance.
- MVP Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to decline a referral credit at its sole discretion if the referral appears to circumvent the intent of the programme.
- MVP Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue The MVP Circle programme at any time without prior notice. Credits already issued will be honoured for 90 days following any programme discontinuation.
- Participation in The MVP Circle constitutes acceptance of these terms.
6. Privacy
Referral information (including the names of referring and referred clients) is collected and stored in accordance with MVP Medical Aesthetics' Privacy Policy. Client information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
